Not responding cancelation request emails

I emailed Watch India several times for cancelling my subscription but not response received. They do not have a phone number to call and their Live Assistance is now no longer available online. Every time I am sending a email I am receiving a automatic response with a case ID assigned but no response after that. Where as this months subscription renewal amount already deducted from my account though it should have been cancelled before that.
