I've ordered from them before and every order is late. They list items on their site, then when you try to buy them, they are out of stock. You sometimes have to wait months. The last time I ordered they made me wait two months for my items because they were out of stock... Again. Then, when I finally got the glass cabs and beads I ordered, all the glass cabs were broken or defective. They jerked me around for about a month, made me send pictures, and offered me a 15% refund. They said they would give me a refund if I mailed them back. I had previously asked if I had to send them back and they told me "no" and that it was O.K. To throw them out, so I did. After complaining, they offered a 50% refund. At this point, I just wanted to be done with the whole mess so I agreed to it. They told me they weren't refunding me, but giving me store credit for $40.00 that I could use for a future order. My items cost $128, so $40 wasn't even close to fifty percent. They then said they would give me the full 50% in store credit. When I went to check my account, I found that they blocked my IP address and I couldn't enter their website anymore. I have spent thousands with this company before. You'd think they'd want to foster repeat business, but I guess screwing me for $128, at the expense of thousands in future orders, makes better business sense to them. Unbelievable!
