Asked for 110 on Green Dot Card to Qualify for 1,500 Loan

I received a call from GE Money Bank about qualifying for 1,500.00 loan. They said in my case I would have to pay 110.00 a month and in order to receive my loan they needed a 110.00 in a green dot money pak refill card. After doing that they said I would receive a text message confirmation but nothing happened within that 24 hours. And I never heard back from them since then.
