I was online ordering a product from a legitimate company when an online survey popped up. After completing a couple of questions, I was notified that I would receive a free gift, a man's watch. They needed my credit card info for the shipping fee. (I should have exited the site at that point!) I received the watch and was charged $5.99 shipping and handling fee. A couple of days later, they tried to charge me over $98, but my bank caught this and denied the charge. I talked with MNC's customer support, but received no satisfaction from them.
