Responded to their 12 day free trial offer. No where did it say I had to respond in those 12 days. They put a $99.00 charge on my card. When I called them, I was informed that the 12 day trial begins on the day you give them your credit card, Not on the day you receive the product. I called when I saw the charge on my bill and they said I did not call them within the 12 days. As far as the efficacy of their claims about the product, I could not say. I want to warn others of how this company operates.
