Well I ordered Green Raja Rondo shoes and received Red LaBron James shoes. I should have know better. The red shoes size 9 were stuffed in a box that a mouse would fit in. When I contacted the company here is the message I received back, then I knew I was in trouble:
Hi dear friend,
I am very sorry to heat that, It is the mistake of the shipper, I am very very sorry for the trouble to you, But as you know The price of the shoes are very low, and we just got little profit, Also the freight is very expensive, So i dont think it is a good idea to return the shoes. Can you pls kindly change you mind, And for our apologies, I will give you some discount for your next order. Is that ok? I know you will not be ordering from us again, I am very sad for that, But i know it is our mistake which have caused us losing a good buyer, I am really sorry for the troubles.

Well I sent them a note back and got the same reply. Do not order anything from these people or use realypay what a joke, they say they are to help you, all they do is tell you to contact the merchant!
