I googled change my address and their link is the first one that pops up with USPS next to the name so I thought I was getting on their website. I know it costs $1 to change your address so I was shocked to find 19.95$ deducted from my bank account from them. Their is no way to get a hold of them because there is no phone number on their website to even complain. What a scam!!!
