Ordered some cosmetics - decided to check - as I'd received no confirmation via email (apart from an order number at the end of the payment process.
"Thank you for your order!
You order number is: 619*
Your Credit card statement will list your
order as NATHANS NATURAL."

Indeed it did - the amount of 966.85 was immediately deducted from my account.

I've called quite a few times - it goes to answerphone - or as I was explaining, it got cut off. Twice in the past week they have taken ALL of my details over the phone - and promised to call me within 24 hours. Hasn't happened and the second time calling this week - there were no records on file from my previous call.
The people working in the call centre have no information… and couldn't even find my Order number.

Disgusting.
