Trusted that I was able to file taxes and so I gave my personal information for the process and was told that the payment is still pending and cant any further information. Was not provided a site, confirmation number, receipt for anything. Still have not been updated with any information. I am now under the impression this transaction was fraudulent. Not actually sure what the monetary damages are because they were never discussed, which is another reason for complaint...
