I ordered the maximum amount of product as I have 50-60 lbs. To lose. After one week of regular exercise and low carbs, I did not lose any weight or any inches. I spoke with a rep at the company and was told to give the product more time to absorb. I did so and increased my dose and still no weight loss. I called the company again today with the same complaint and to tell them I gained 3 pounds. I will follow the mailing instructions and await the return of my money as I was told that after they receive the product wait for three days for the refund for the full amount of the product.
