Automated robocalling system asked for my name after a few stiff questions punctuated by awkward pauses and am obviously machinelike lack of polite behaviour. If they don't even know my name why are they calling me in response to a survey I supposedly filled out? It was 9:30 in the morning, no less. I almost fell for it but I don't give out personal information to strangers.
