Purchased Penny Auction Theme from Sitemile.com on 5/23, and upon installation, theme has several issues that prevent it from functioning correctly and as advertised. Thought it would be no problem to get help via support, but support comes in the form of one sentence or less of generic condescending responses, that are sometimes off target altogether. Fact is this theme has clearly not been tested by Sitemile and is not saleable as is. Sitemile continues to ask for us to re-install Wordpress or the Theme. We have done this repeatedly with the same results. St the time this is being written, there are (11) tech issues of which (5) are critical for the site to work as advertised.
