Support BRC Ltd and Support RA Ltd

Just checking my bank statement and I noticed that these to companies have been direct debiting my account, it has happened twice now and I have had to cancel my card. I see someone else has had the same problem. Do not know who they are or how they got my card information as I always pay via paypal. I know have to go to the fraud department to try and get my money back.
