Same thing like everyone else, ordered trial product, received it April 8. Cancelled, so I thought I did, and on may 24 they charged my account 94.31. When I called knockout white they told me because I didn't have a confirmation number, I didn't cancel this product. I told them I cancelled april8 and thy said they have no record of me cancellation. Am I mad... I am very upset... Scam. Scam... Scam...
