I ordered Falcon Crest Box set from them on 26th April, the funds were taken out of my Bank on 2nd May. I received an E-mail from them saying to allow 28 days for delivery, however, I am still waiting for the item ordered. I am very concerned as I could not really afford to lose this money, being a disabled Pensioner. Is there any way you can assist me? Thank You.
