This has been an ongoing situation I have sent numerous e-mails demanding my funds returned as well explaining to them that I do not want their services. I was informed by them applications were withdrawn and that they would not charge my account.
They still charged my account and have my information on file after numerous demands as well correspondence that all information was removed. I still have all e-mails from them verifying all information was removed.
