A couple charges appeared on our account, $39.95 and $1.00 and had no idea what they were. We called them and they told us the charges were for some questionable web sites. We asked what time the charges were made, and realized it was a scam since my wife and I were on a boat in the middle of a lake fishing. They reversed the charges (supposedly in next 10 to 15 days) without much fuss which tells me they are used to these calls.
