For the last 10 months, the local postmaster returned all unclaimed "Sleep supplement" that I never ordered in the first place. Biogenetics says that without a tracking number they would not know where it is! Had all kind of arguments with them but to no avail. I used the same phone numbers and filière that other customers used of course! Had to cancel my credit card to stop that fraud, and take my lost.
