IRS Tax Return Refund was to be deposited on my Momentum Visa Prepaid Debit card by direct deposit. Got card at Check Cashing Store in Miami (they are all connected). Confirmed with IRS funds were sent to bank as instructed by Momentum. Momentum Visa debit card REFUSES to allow me to get MY MONEY! I have tried to resolve this for over 2 months now and when I can get through to customer service (they answer the phone Money Mart, not Momentum), they keep giving me over and over again false reasons for no access. Momentum has also blocked me from seeing my account online. This is my money and they stole it. I reported this to police and certain authorities. Still can't get my money and I am broke, this is killing me and my kids.
