On May 17th, I ordered what I thought was a free bottle of Pure Saffron Slim. To my dismay, I was charged $145. Immediately, I called customer service and explained my situation. The guy over the phone told me that the order has already been placed and couldnt cancel. He then gave me two options:

First option: Keep all bottles for a 25% discount. Why would I want to do that for something I didnt even knew worked?

Second option: Wait for the shipment to arrive, just try one of the bottles, if I didn't like it, return all of them back within 30 days.

I went with the second option. I received the pills yesterday alond with some other pills I recieved for free by a different company. Fast forward to today, May 24th. After seeing some of the reviews, I decided I'm not even gonna try them and just return them. So I called the company, asking for a RMA number to process my return. They said I couldnt get a refund because I agreed to the first option and had me on recording as proof. WTF?!?!?

They wouldnt even allow me to listen to this recording where I'm agreeing to this nonsense.

After being hung up a few times, I was finally able to talk to a supervisor who I demanded to listen to the recording to its entirety. Finally, I was given an RMA number to return the pills for a refund. There were no apologies given. Whatever, screw them. I'm just happy that after all that drama, I am now allowed MY money back.

These people are crooks. Do not buy. Be warned.
