I was ordering shoes from this seller, originally from ioffer.com where their user name was xuanhua7788. The seller stated they did not use paypal and to use Western Union and to contact them via email, which I did -stupidly. Nevertheless, his username attached with the email gwday888@hotmail.com is Niuza.

I was isntructed to trasnfer $260 which again naively I did, and was charged an additional $25 fee for such a transfer. I have filed a report with Western Union, and will be doing so with the state police as well as the State Attorney General.
