I had a debit I did not make on my bank account. First I called Citibank. They told me the charge was submitted with my debit card #. I disputed the charge, had my card canceled and a new one issued. No clue how these people got my debit card #, but I DO use it everywhere. I found their phone # on this website, and called them. The rep told me the charge was for a cigarette lighter I purchased online for my car. I told her it was fraud, and I reported it to my bank. She didn't really care, but said she would cancel the transaction because it hadn't shipped yet.
