I had the exact same experience with the previous complaints. I ordered the trial offer for both face creams for $6.29 each on April 19th. Two weeks later on May 1st my visa is charged $100.15 for the Lorelia and $97.71 for the Tryalore. Tried calling, but was on hold forever, no one ever picked the call up. This company is a total scam! This company has a really nice product that I was considering ordering more but that is definately not going to happen! Buyers beware!!!
