Received letter that I won the Mega Jackpot Lotto and included check for $3990.00. Letter says call claim agent Lloyd Lewis, to receive the $150,000 Lottery and the $3990 was for tax payment. This thing is a scam, the letter return said Costco, the check issuer was AIREAS PHARMACEUTICALS, Inc on Silicon Valley Bank check. Total Scam.
