Dishonest Business, Mistreatment Of Employees! Rip-off!

About 3 months ago I interviewed with JC Malone Staffing for a position with a local manufacturing firm. I was unable to take the job because of my class schedule. About November 20th I received a call from Malone asking if I would like to work at Amazon.com, I said yes. I was on unemployment at the time and thought it would be good to make some Christmas money. I was to start to work on November 29.

On the day that I was to start work Christy Atkins (Branch Manager) called me and told me that I should meet the carpool driver At 6:00pm to start work. I had worked at Amazon before and I told Malone Staffing that I had. I went to work that night and proceeded through orientation with the rest of the new hires, and everything seemed fine. All of a sudden a woman pulled me aside and asked my name. I told her and she then told me that I had not been cleared to work. I didn't understand what she meant. She then took my name badge and set me outside the gate. I was humiliated and 80 miles from home without a ride. I couldnt get with the carpool driver, and nobody would explain the problem.

I finally talked with Christy and she said that I was on the no hire list for Amazon, and that I would be given a ride home. What was funny is that Malone sent a list to Amazon containing all the names of the new hires. Anyway I finally got a ride home and the next day I filed for unemployment again. As it turns out Malone fired me so I had to report it that way. Malone claims that I didn't tell them that I worked at Amazon before. That is a lie, I told them. This Fiasco has caused me to lose my unemployment benefits. Malone seems to proudly carry the temp agency tradition of "Use Them Lose Them".

I entered into this position with Malone in good faith and they tossed me like trash. The worst part is that they lied on me. I warn anyone to avoid JC Malone like the plague. These people have no conscience and even less compunction to damage your life and destroy your income.
