Replied to a free trial at shipping cost of $4.95 and 2 weeks later I was charged $109.67. I called to advise I had not authorized and was told that it was in the purchase agreement. Never saw anything or was asked to agree to anything prior to placing order. I immediately called and got a return authorization # and have sent back the item unused and unopened. I was told maybe they will refund $40. When I asked for a supervisor they were (conveniently) in a meeting and I was told I'd get a call back. I'm still waiting. I will follow up next week for ALL my money back and will also put in a complaint with the BBB. What a scam and they are not too friendly when being told what crooks they are. Something should be done with companies that are fraudulent!
