I purchased Green Coffee in August 8. Returned order on August 15. I waited for my refund each month on my credit card and finally called on November 7 requesting why I had not recieved a credit. I was told that the refund would be on the next credit card statement. I have called every month since November and still no credit. I have sent all information that they have requested from me and still have no credit. This month May 21, I have been told to send my complaint to this site to find out why I have not recieved credit. It has been almost a year since I returned the Merchandise and I would like some kind of explanation why I have not gotten any credit. As I stated previously I have sent all information that they have requested. Please send my credit as soon as possible. Drema
