Eceived a call from 252-375-3449 stating i had a complaint filed against me with an affadavit number. They went on to say that i had a restraining order and needed to have my lawyer contact them with 48 hours. I called the number and was told i was being sued by a credit card company "Legacy" for malicious fraud" and had a $1500.00 balance. I told them i have no such card or debt and would like to see the statements regarding this matter. They informed me that i would be receiving a supeona to show up for court and they would "restrain" my bank account. I simply told them to send the papers and requested further statements as i thought i was a victim of credit card fraud. Am waiting nervously to see what happens.
