My daughter purchsed sa Ipad for my birthday and the screen was cracked when recieved. I have called them on several occassion and emailed them, along with speaking with the post office in Miami FL. THis company is a scam and do not take care of their customers.
I agreed on a replacement vs refund after speaking with a representative they told I would recieve a new one plus $5 shipping fund.
Its been over a year all I get is email stating they never recieved merchandise.
