Ordered slim vida tablets free trial - they arrived 2 weeks later only to find out the trial starts from the day they send them and you have to cancel before 14 days - Any way phoned up and cancelled any future orders - gentleman on phone was very hard to understand said he couldn't do cancellations and someone would phone me within a week - nothing happened - today i have found out that £69.95 was removed from my account (even after cancelling the card that I used!) I phoned again to be told someone would phone me back and that he couldn't do refunds or cancellations. Will be going to bank today to report for fraud.
