Almost 20days ago, i was looking for an apt in NYC on Craiglist for september and i found a very good offer for a "100$ 2bedrooms in Greenwich Village". I've been contacted by Mark Lumar by email and he told me everything about the apt, he sent me the contract that i had to fill in and he saied that i had to pay 550$ via western union to a certain Paul Kennedy as a deposit in order to reserve the apt.
After this first payment he ask me again 550$ to close the reservation. But the second transfert was cancelled by Western Union.
That's when i became suspiscious: I didn't make the payment and i told him that i couldn't come to Nyc anymore and i asked him to give me the money back, concious that he would have kept 100$ as it was written in the contract. I send him an e-mail and i have no answer.
