I was called just now with someone (in what sounded like a well-recorded script reading) vaguely informing me of a survey I had participated in.

There was no response from independent questions I made, which led me to believe that this was an autodialed transaction.

I was asked whether I would like work while also expanding my education. The call ended when I said I was behind on student loans.

Fishy indeed! I'm utterly confused but glad I haven't given them any additional private information.
