I was sent an email extolling virtues of weight lose product I tried to purchase two and get one free product and was charged full price of $67 but only one product turned up, the company then started to direct debit my account $9.50 every month and say it is an ongoing payment, which I didn't authorise, and gave me a phone number as the only way to cancel payment but its a bogus number. I'm not sure how I can cease the payment now. Thank you. Janet
