Tried to cancel this product on the 12th day as offer states& they refused saying they'd already shipped the order&only way is to get a RMA& then return product. This is a direct flagrant violation of their written agreement. Judging from the reviews Ive read, this is how this SCAM is put over on the public. Most important tho is the product doesnt work as stated in their adds. Fraud!
