I Submitted an address change and thought I had gone through USPS. I received a double charge on my Visa Statement in the amount of $19.95 (the Post Office charges $1.00). I called 888-20801966 on April 22 and another On May 3 and left a message. I have had no response from either call and have paid the charges.
Would like to receive a credit (at least one for the double charge).
