I ordered the starter kit for $4.95, I was not satisfied, so I called the company and got a RMA # to return the kit, which I did within the 14 day trial. Now, they have charged my credit card for $23.99, which they claim is a restocking fee. That is 20% of $119.95, which I was never charged. I don't think it is fair to charge a restocking fee of this amount.
