This guy has given me the run around since september. He reported to have a fund in the sum of $10.5 million dollars. He states the funds are deposited at keystone bank. He sent me a visa card and reports that keystone bank wants $12,000 to activate the stupid card. I am fed up to no end and i will go to extremes to get my money back or the fund if it exists.
