Charge showed up on a Bank of America charge that we never use. Bank of America immediately emailed us and request if we had bought or contacted this organization, as they suspected fraudulent activity. Since we had not even heard of the company, and never use that card, I iniformed BOA that I had looked u Supportsdltd.com on Scambook and was confident the charge wss fraudulent. BOA immediately followed their standard fraud procedures made permanent the hold on the card.
