I was hired by a company from Craigslist, (where I have found 2 jobs in the past). They had the NCDOL (NC dept. Of Labor) logo on their website. Every time I was suspicious, I would check it out and from everything I learned, they seemed to be legit. They said they paid by prepaid debit card. They even sent me a gold "Green Dot" card with $10 already on it. They said the job started today. Now there's no answer at their # and their website is gone.
They now have my info. I have had to put a block on my credit and can only hope it's not too late.
