I received something in my email or had a pop up, don't remember for sure. I understood this was a free trail offer, paying only a small shipping fee. When product arrived, no paperwork accompanied the product. I found a nearly $100 charge on my bank army. When I called I was told they didn't make refunds on open products and that I must have miss understood the details. After screaming literally at the CSR I finally received a 50% refund. If I knew how to start a class action I would. What a scam!
