We are the Boys & Girlsd Club of Lodi/Hackensack and an employee received a harrasing call from a person named Kevin Tobar, heavy accent, possible Asian, and indentified that he was a Federal Agent from the Fraud Prevention Division #114. The employee paniced and made arrangements to pay $1,000 then realized she did not owe any such money. Unfortunately, she faxed them, from the Clubs fax machine, a schedule of payments that she will make with a copy of her drivers license. On May 16 the Club behgan recieving telphone calls at about 5 calls every few minutes threatening the Club with law suits for interfering with a Federal investigation. WE called the Lodi, NJ polce department who came in at the same time we recieved a phone call from these agents. The police officer identified himself and they began harssing him; demanding his badge # and the name of his Captain and that he was interfering with a Federal investigation. They would not give him anyn information about their location or what invetigative branch they bgelonged to. The police department goggled the phone # at WhoCallsMe.com and it came back with numerous complaints that these people are a fruad and assert fictious demands about unpaid debts;treatening people with jial sentences. I run a Boys & Girls Club that employs over 45 people and we service 350 children per day. Their continual barge of phone calls, more often than not intimidates my
employees and takes away their with the children. I am hoping that you will invetigate this matter and these unscrupulous individuals.
