This person or bank is scamming people for loans telling that you are aprroved for a laon and it is gaurenteed and they are backed by the Federal Trade Commission that they will hold your money for insurance purposes thru a money pack card... They get the card number and you never get your loan... Money was put on a Green Dot card in which never recieved the loan they called back for more mone... Bank or personal number is 305-77-6924...
