After nearly twentyfive years residency in md section 8 privately owned hud subsidized multifamily housing, i was abruptly evicted without warning, with my belongings destroyed.
I am disabled with a tbi (traumatic brain injury) and was granted reasonable accommodations under the ada. A predatory property manager forced me to pay thousands of dollars to her in retaliation for filing complaints to authorities.
Filing baseless frivolous cases against me in l/t court, it ultimately ended with a false case in l/t court, which the landlord dismissed after evicting me while awaiting the court hearing. I can document the letters of demand for money, the false cases, altered documents and fraudulent ledgers.
Please help.
