In October I signed for a free trial of the family research website.
The registration process required my credit card number.
Despite my pressing the cancel button on the website they charged my account with$94.99 on November 2.
I tried to contact them via the website with no reply.
Despite my efforts they charged me with a sum of $71.40 on November 2.
Still it is impossible to contact the website as it is no longer active.
