Does not care about customer satifaction - caricature

Ordered a caricature, came out horrible, absolutely horrible, refused to give me a refund. Tried to get more money out of me twice, didn't care that I wanted this for my deployed husband for our anniversary. Was very rude in emails, does not care about customer satisfaction. Anyone with photo shop can do a better job.
