Collapsing nipple - Closer To Nature Bottle

My 10 month old has been using the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature bottles and nipples since she was born and we continually have an issue with the nipples collapsing. I wanted to use this brand because of the closer to nature feel as I was breast feeding too and had hoped to continue using the bottles for sippy cups later. Sizes 1 and 2 were alright and occasionally one would collapse and we would try another one that worked. Now she's at size 3 and it's almost like every one of them collapses. She has recently had heart surgery and is to the point where she gets too frustrated trying to use the Tommy Tippee and just won't eat. I have spent many dollars replacing nipples thinking they're might've been a defect but clearly it's not just me after reading other reviews. If the product isn't designed for an older baby using a faster flow and possibly sucking harder, then it should be stated on the packaging.
