This was a ticket scam via craiglist for Pearl Jam VIP passes to the concert @ Wrigley Field on 7/19. I was supposed to recieve 2 VIP Media passes from a Daniel Maycroft (email: maycroftdi@gmail.com). Unfortunatey, I sent a cashier's check made out to him @ the following address 8 East 109th Street, New York, NY 10029. This is an address to NY Common Pantry. The check was signed for by a Mario Arrendell on 4/25 @ 3:13pm. I have a USPS signature confirmation from USPS and then cashed 4/26 @ a non traceable financial institution. Daniel Maycroft claimed that his "doorman" signed for the USPS delivery, but Mario is not the doorman @ this address, he is listed as the 365 YCP Case Manager phone# 917-720-9704 ext 1704. I left a messsage and never heard back. Thus, my conclusions are as follows: Mario is in on this scam (he knows who Daniel Maycroft is & what he is doing) or Mario has a fake ID to cash a check as "Daniel Maycroft" Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
