Order flowers on Wednesday to be delivered to a Brisbane address on the Thursday. It wasn't delivered and I received an email on Thursday night, after hours, saying that the address was out of range so it was being sent on a courier from Sydney. No one could tell me exactly what was happening and when the would arrive.
The courier used was fastway, which somehow took the flowers to the wrong address, so my flowers stayed in the couriers van for another day. Not very fresh. I had to ruin the surprise because my boyfriend was leaving work early. I contact fastway and talked to them but they couldn't get in touch with the courier. They estimated the flowers would arrive 'around' 230pm, which bring it to a full 48hours after I placed the order. I supplied the full name of the business and correct address!
This incompetency has meant that i had to ruin the surprise and spend hours chasing up where exactly the delivery was.
