I purchased marketing services from Spotlight Marketing Solutions under false advertising.
Brian Colter called me (telemarketing) giving me the understanding that he was calling from GoDADDY and sold me a hosting website that he said was like an adjunct to GoDADDY. I argued that I did not know anything about hosting. I also said that I was only learning about how to drive traffic. He said his company would take care of that. He charged me $150.
Then, less than 2 weeks later, another telemarketer at spotlight Marketing Solutions called again and sold me a package of traffic for my websites. That was 2/14 and I have not had the first lead visit either of the websites. I have been the only person to visit Everyounghosting to this date.
The site was supposed to be on the first page of google. It is now over 3 months later and there has been no response and when I called the company Brian Colter did not return my call. I only found out today that who the Spotlight Marketing Solutions is that has been billing my account. When I first saw the charge I reported it as fraud to my credit card and they issued a temporary credit while they investigated. They investigated. On 4/9 and 4/14 the temporary hold was reversed and the $1150 was added back to my charge card.
When I spend that much money I need know who I am working with and I need to have some results and at least the courtesy for someone to return my call.
This surely looks like fraud or scam to me.
