We purchased a Samsung refrigerator a few years ago. About 1 1/2 years ago the fridge leaked due to an engineering defect causing $3500 damage to our floors. This doesn't include the cost it will take to stay in a hotel while our floors are being refinished. Samsung has given me the run around for a couple months now and now sys they have no control over when their insurance company calls us about our Liam. We have no recourse and no options at this point. Please help.
